Presenting at the Joint Social Work Education and Research Conference 2021

28th July 2021

Emily Rosenorn-Lanng, Stevie Corbin-Clarke and Dr Sally Lee presented at this year’s Social Work Education Committee (SWEC) of the Joint University Council. Emily, Sally and Stevie discussed their journey with Game-Based Learning and Sally separately discussed partnerships to promote sexual well-being.

The national conference is an opportunity for social work academics, those with lived experience of using social work services, students , doctoral researchers, and all those involved in social work to come together and share best practice, hear about the latest research, and discuss social work issues in the UK, and internationally. The conference was such a success and we feel it is a sign of the consistently growing strength of UK social work education and research.

Despite being forced to move this enormous event online, it was a pleasure to be a part of this incredible conference and we would like thank all those involved in the conference and with conference organisation.
