This report provides the findings of the evaluation of the Developing One NHS in Dorset System Leadership work stream, from a variety of key informants who are currently, or have previously engaged with the work stream. The learning from this evaluation will help to assess the experience of participating in the acute care collaboration vanguards’ System Leadership work stream, and gain an understanding of any impacts in relation to leadership, change management, and collaborative working.
